I was beyond lucky to be referred to West End Heating and Air. We have a very old unit (York 1975) that was serviced by one of their techs, Charlie. He was very thorough in checking both the outside unit as well as the one under the house, PLUS the thermostat inside. It wasn’t just a service call, I got an education on the unit itself and how to preserve it. The service call was very reasonably priced. Charlie was very well educated and adept on the unit, and explained the issues we had with it in detail. I couldn’t be happier. Also, shout out to the receptionist Mandy. She was very personable and made sure to schedule us promptly. This is a great company, and I look forward to continuing my services with them!
